THIS WEEK:
Monday, November 17th from 7:15-8:15pm on the 2nd floor of
the student union we will have our final meeting and pass out certificates.
Tuesday, November 28th from 9:00am-1:00pm in Village Square we
have our final bake sale of the semester. You may drop of baked goods throughout the day or Monday night. Also,
please e-mail us and let us know if you are able to volunteer to sit at the table.
Thursday, November 30, from 1:40-2:40pm in CLS 3081 we will be
having our final meeting and passing out certificates.
REGARDING ELECTIONS:
If you are interested in running for an officer position: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer,
or Ex-Officio, you must write a paragraph summary about why you want to run and why you are the best candidate. These
must be submitted via the club e-mail by 2:00pm on Monday, November 27th. Voting will take place by ballot box voting
during the last two final meetings and the bake sale. You may only vote once. The winners of the election will
be posted Thursday evening.
